Shipping Policy of GTRACK

Welcome to GTRACK. We want to make you happy in every step. Our strength is our extra handsome delivery team. Our delivery team brings your order right to your place at the right time. Our product categories ranging from Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances etc..We promised about the quality of our products. We always focused on our customer’s smiles after using our products. We pack your orders carefully and avoid almost all cracks and damaged products for delivery.

When do I get my order?

The delivery time determines according to the distance to your location. But we cannot waste your time. Receive your order within 48 hrs if you are in the city circle for specific products. All orders need to be placed before 10 pm of the delivery day as the company intended to.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order in your GTRACK account. Check your status for the following conditions:

  • When your order is confirmed, processed, shipped and delivered
  • When your order is in the delayed condition

If my product is delivered at the wrong address, what should I do?

In case you find that the courier company delivered your product at the wrong address, contact us immediately by mail or phone. We promise that your product, follow up to our courier partner and get you the product within 24 hrs as possible.

Why is my order not delivered on the expected date?

Sometimes there could be a delay upon your shipping address, merchant’s location or any other climatic condition or delay in courier company services. In this situation you can track your shipment from the courier company website. Track your product with the Tracking ID or number via your registered email or your contact number. You can also follow our customer support team always ready to help you.

If I am unable to track my shipment, what should I do?

Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment. Sometimes it may delay for 48 hrs approximately. If they can’t update after 48 hrs, you can contact our GTRACK customer support team immediately.

Why does the delivery time change for different products?

Delivery time depends upon the following factors:

  • Shipping address
  • Merchant location
  • Size of your product

Does GTRACK deliver internationally?

No. GTRACK cannot deliver products in any of the foreign countries.

Return policy of GTRACK

We take extra effort to ensure the right quality, right package, and the right product to be delivered as soon as possible. But sometimes we face issues in delivery processing. The customer can return products on certain conditions.

Under what condition can return a product?

Return or exchange are accepted in case,

  • Wrong item ordered and delivered
  • Wrong product ( size, colour, quality)
  • Damaged product
  • Unsatisfied product (low quality, expired)
  • Missing products and parts

Under what conditions are the return request not accepted?

The product return requests are not accepted in the following cases,

  • If a customer used and washed the product
  • If damaged and the product is reported after 2 days of delivery
  • If the product is returned without the original packaging
  • If the serial number is tampered

When to place my return request?

Customers need to place the return request only in these cases,

  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Empty parcel

How much time does it take for the returned product to reach you?

You can track your package at your courier company website. You can also track the status of your return request in my account return section. A minimum of 2 working days are required for the product to reach our store.
